PET POLICY

SEARCH PROPERTIES

Many of our properties are pet-friendly and allow up to two pets per property, subject to approval . A $500 fully refundable deposit per pet is required. Please contact our office to discuss your pet(s) and the property you are interested in.

Pet Approval Process

Before bringing a pet onto any property:

Complete an online pet profile through PetScreening, a third-party pet screening service. To begin, please visit https://hunterrentals.petscreening.com . Please note that this service is subject to a subscription fee. Hunter Rentals & Sales does not charge any monthly pet fees.
The pet must be approved by our office.
Photos of your pet must be submitted with your application .
The pet deposit must be paid in full .
The animal addendum must be signed by both parties .

Prohibited Dog Breeds

The following dog breeds (including mixes of these breeds) are strictly prohibited on all properties:

Pit Bulls
Staffordshire Terriers
Rottweilers
Chows
Doberman Pinschers
Dogo Argentino
Any dog with a demonstrated propensity for vicious or aggressive behavior

Additional Animal Requirements

• Spaying/Neutering: All animals must be spayed or neutered.

• Animal Breeding/Boarding is not permitted on any property.

Hunter Rentals & Sales DOES accept assistance/service animals per state and federal guidelines. If you have an assistance/service animal, you will need to complete an online animal profile with https://HunterRentals.petscreening.com . There is no fee for this process. Please contact our office with any questions.

WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ANIMAL ON ANY PROPERTY WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ASSISTANCE/SERVICE ANIMALS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ADA (AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT)
